About the role

As Head of Income Generation at Stonepillow, you’ll lead a high-performing team to drive significant income growth, targeting an increase of £2.2 million over 3 years to support our mission of helping those facing homelessness and housing insecurity.

Championing fundraising across the organisation, the Head of Income Generation will inspire collaboration and foster an ambitious culture. You’ll develop and implement a comprehensive income generation strategy, including a major £200k Charity Appeal (2025-2026) to redevelop one of our core Day Hub Services. By building strong relationships with supporters and stakeholders from a range of income streams (trusts, foundations, corporate partners, and community), you’ll unlock new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.

Your leadership will extend to overseeing our social enterprises and retail operations, ensuring they align with our mission while providing training and employment pathways for clients. You’ll also empower your team to innovate and excel, ensuring all fundraising efforts effectively promote our work and deliver outstanding results.
